city on keyboard 1

This is a document I submitted to the West Kowloon Cultrual District as an opinion on Space planning and comments on 'Mixed-Use' and its zoning. It was published in the final document of public consultation.

"I foresee that local history and character of the existing district should be well taken into account.....Types of uses to be carefully identified as terms such as ‘retail’, ‘entertainment’ are far too general and board.....‘Why we need these uses?’  ......

Successful mix-use planning can then allow interactions between space , building, pedestrian-visitor-users and urban environment."
